Cityview Trolley prides itself in caring for their customers. We have increased our safety and health practices and procedures to care for customers and employees.

How are you screening employees?
We have screening protocols for all employees. Those who feel ill or exhibit COVID-19 symptoms are required to stay home and are not permitted to work with customers, be on board vehicles, or enter any facilities owned or used by CityView Trolleys during that time. Employees will follow all necessary procedures required at work to care for customers on vehicles, at the kiosks, and while leading tours.

Will masks be required?
Wearing a mask is encouraged and recommended and is your personal choice.

How are you cleaning/sanitizing the trolleys?
Trolleys are sanitized frequently throughout the day with an EPA-approved disinfectant on frequently touched surfaces.
Our vehicles are cleaned on a daily basis and we have created stricter measures in our cleaning procedure regarding disinfecting and sanitizing everything. Vehicles are disinfected in entirely using an EPA recommended solution effective in killing COVID-19 on contact after the general cleaning processes are complete.

Are groups and charters welcome?
Groups and charters will be available but will be subject to the limitations required by the state's mandates including physical distancing procedures.

Is your schedule the same as the past?
Yes. Our hours will be Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm and Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am – 5:00 pm. Trolleys will depart frequently throughout the day.
